When my heat went out, they responded quickly and professionally, showing up exactly when they said they would. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what caused the issue and how he was fixing it. What really stood out was the level of care they didn’t just do a quick patch; they made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before leaving. Within a short time, my home was warm again, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you’re dealing with any HVAC problems, especially a no-heat emergency like I had, I highly recommend Let’s Geaux. Reliable, honest, and top-notch service from start to finish!

  Had an A/C issue at home and LETS GEAUX Refrigeration & HVAC came through big time. They responded within an hour of my call, even in the middle of a hot Louisiana summer. Austin was the tech who came out—professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed the issue right away and will be back early next week with the exact part to finish the job. The only hiccup was the initial phone call. The woman who answered didn’t inspire much confidence and asked something like, "Did you want them to come out today?" My A/C was out, so of course I did. Still, they came recommended and I wasn’t disappointed. Fair pricing, fast service, and no nonsense. Highly recommend.

  New HVAC system was put in today and I can already tell it’s going to be great ❤️ Austin and his guys did a great job! They worked diligently and hard to make sure me and family will sleep comfortably tonight! They were very respectful also and brought tarps to protect our floors!

  Let’sGeaux came to service my A/C heating unit, the company who serviced us since 2011, stopped caring for houses in 2023/2024 and started doing big businesses air conditioning. LetsGeaux came out and cleaned out our unit and checked all the parts and got our unit ready for the rest of winter and to face a southern summer. We are very grateful and thankful for this company and we are glad to have our home connected with LETS GEAUX. And we highly recommend them for you!
